‘A blend of our cultures.’ Jamaican-inspired restaurant opens at Hyannis airport

Fancy some Jamaican-inspired food under the clear blue skies of a Cape Cod summer day? You can find it at the Island Cafe and Grill Express at the Cape Cod Gateway Airport.

Erica and Patrick Sterling have been busy getting the restaurant ready for the opening. As of Tuesday, the Jamaican husband and wife team are now offering some of their signature dishes in a 1,339-square-foot space inside the airport terminal.
