American Airlines Flying High Over Hyannis

Flyers are celebrating the first-ever American Airlines flight from LaGuardia to Hyannis.

The E-175 aircraft touched down at Cape Cod Gateway Airport just after noon Wednesday.

The hour-long trips are part of American’s new daily summer service to more than a half-dozen destinations from the Big Apple and Reagan National in DC.
